Waterford Greene is a residential community that sits just off the Limerick exit of Route 422 in Montgomery County, PA.  This community features close to 400 homes consisting of condos, traditional townhomes and single family properties all while sitting directly across the street from both the Limerick Golf Club and Turtle Creek Golf Course. With so many homes in this great neighborhood there is generally a large number of real estate transaction each year and 2011 was no exception.  Below you can see a list of all the activity for the year and check back often as new properties are coming on the market.

Golf Ridge is a residential community of single family homes just off Ridge Pike in Limerick Township Montgomery County, PA.  With numerous different styles of homes this 150+ home community has numerous homes with golf course views and many sit on the back 9 holes of the Limerick Golf Club.  With 150+ homes there is generally a good amount of real estate transactions each year and 2011 was no exception. Below you can see all the activity in this community below.  You can see all the available Royersford Golf Course Homes in this community right here.

The Fairways is a townhome community located just off the Limerick exit of Rt 422 in Montgomery County, PA.  This intimate community of around 80 homes has numerous homes that have fantastic golf course views.  The front 9 holes of the Limerick Golf course are nestled behind some of the homes on Troon and Winged Foot Ct.  With only 80 homes there isn't always a lot of real estate activity in the neighborhood and 2011 was no exception to that rule.  Below you will find a list of the sales in this community for 2011.  Be sure to check back often as you can always view these Royersford Golf Course Homes right here.

While Rivercrest Golf Club & Preserve has a Phoenixville mailing address, it is still located in Upper Providence Township and is just seconds from the Collegeville exit of Route 422.  The Golf Course at Rivercrest is a challenging course for all levels of player.  There are 6 sets of tees playing 6768 from the tips and the front tees playing at 4496.  With 9 waterfalls, 5 ponds and 2 creeks there are no 2 holes are alike.  There are numerous types of memeberships available for avid golfers to recreational golfers and even social memberships.  Along with these great memberships there is the fully equipped fitness center, locker rooms and resort style pool located at the 49,000 sq foot Clubhouse.  Check out the Rivercrest Golf Club website for more information.

There are many different styles of homes located in the Rivercrest Golf Course Community.  There are Carriage Homes, Single Family homes in the "Fairways" section, larger single family homes in the "Estates" section and even larger homes in the "Masters" section.  All 4 sections of the neighborhood are gated with resident and vistor access.  Below you will find an update of all the real estate activity for 2011, check back often as this is updated monthly.
